Ross is our 2IC & joined DVJS in 1994 having previously worked with our CEO in the disability industry at Marriott House assisting job seekers with disabilities access employment. To this day, Ross is still passionate about getting people jobs & working with employers ensuring that the employment outcome is long term. Ross is very resilient, professional & extremely dedicated...his #1 goal is to give a job seeker HOPE that there is a job out there for them.

Denny joined DVJS in 2015 having 8 years experience in similar roles. His background before moving  to Australia from Singapore was in HR Management. He is able to build good rapport & strong relationships with a broad cross section of people.  He enjoys meeting employers with a professional , friendly & persistent approach to obtain employment opportunities for job seekers.  He has a cheerful, sincere demeanour & he is passionate to assist people with disabilities to find suitable & rewarding employment.

Erika has been with DVJS since 2012 & has experience in Business Development working in London as well as real estate sales. Erika has a true passion for assisting people with disabilities to find suitable employment to enhance their lives.

Julie joined DVJS in 2010 originally employed as receptionist at our Cranbourne office until late 2014 she became part of our PPS team supporting workplaces. Julie is now apart of our Business Development team. Julie's background is in retail management and she continues to bring her customer service skills into play as she ensures employers & job seekers are both happy & work is maintained. Julie takes pride that she gives 100% each day, every day & has saved many jobs that may have otherwise been lost without her support.

Willie joined DVJS in 2014 having worked in similar role with another provider. Willie has a background in business development & sales & enjoys meeting new people through building employer networks & assisting job seekers attain suitable & rewarding jobs. Willie is the most down-to-earth person one could meet & in his spare time he enjoys the activities at the Carrum Downs Samoan Seventh Day Adventist Church working with youth & young couples.

Kerri's management experience gives her great insight as to employers needs & of the potential positions that can be created in the workplace for our job seekers.
