Mel joined DVJS in 2015 after 5 years with the Department of Justice in Melbourne. Her background before her move to Australia 8 years ago was mainly in Volunteer Management & business administration.

Mel came to DVJS to re-connect with her passion for meeting new people & guiding them into fulfilling their potential. She has many years of experience dealing with the disability sector & has a genuine commitment to her clients & colleagues. Mel believes everyone has something to offer we just need to find the right match!

Lorna joined DVJS in 2008 initially as a casual trainer. Due to her great rapport with job seekers & employers, hand-on approach & ability to identify peoples skills & abilities she was offered an Employment Executive position in 2010 & completed her Cert IV in Employment Services. Lorna is committed to helping her job seekers meet their employment goals.

Malia joined DVJS in 2011 having worked previously with the NZ Government and Centrelink in Australia. Malia is very experienced dealing with diverse cultures/youth/mental health/drug and alcohol & community outreach. Malia is passionate in assisting job seekers on their journey to engage back in the community through employment.

Mali joined DVJS in 2010. Coming from a migrant background Mali understands the issues that people from non-English backgrounds experience in a new country. Mali has completed a Diploma in Community Welfare Work & is very passionate about assisting people make positive changes in their lives.

De'Arne joined DVJS in 2014 & has worked in the disability industry since 2011. De'Arne has a background in teaching Retail & Hospitality. She is motivated to make a difference to a persons life & has a passion for helping people achieve their goals, build their confidence and assist them obtain employment.

Stuart joined DVJS in 2008 after 25 years with Centrelink as a Disability Officer. Stuart is very passionate about assisting job seekers address barriers & access open employment. Stuart has an extensive network of loyal & supportive employees & has placed many people into work.
