Michele has worked as a receptionist since she left school. Michele joined DVJS in 2005 & thoroughly enjoys her role meeting new people & greeting people in a positive and vibrant manner. Many job seekers come & go but Michele takes pride in being able to remember their names & seeing many lives changed from when they first walked-in with little confidence to no longer requiring support from DVJS.



Financial Controller

Nikki joined DVJS in 2000 after previous role with large international recruitment company for 15 years. Nikki is responsible for all aspects of financial matters of DVJS & is passionate & dedicated to ensuring all accounting processes are in accordance with ATO legislation.



Reception Dandenong 

Terri joined DVJS in 2013 after doing some casual relief reception for us...we liked her so much we offered her a permanent role! Terri has a strong administration background having over 10 years experience before joining DVJS. Terri finds it very rewarding to see many job seekers over a period of time being successfully placed with great results & being part of a team that is focused towards helping people who are disadvantaged.



Business Develpment 

& Community Liaison Executive Pakenham

Emma joined DVJS in 2012 originally as BookKeeper after having her own business for 15 years. Emma recently became part of the Community Liaison & Business Development teams as she wants to expand her skills and takes a lot of pride & satisfaction meeting & assisting people on their journey to successful employment.






Simone joined DVJS in early 2016 as a Receptionist for both our Narre Warren and Cranbourne Offices.

Simone has previously worked as a Receptionist for the Victorian Rehabilitation Centre. Where she saw

clients that were car accident victims. She also organised transport for them, now she is working with people with disabilities.

Simone has a caring, positive and empathetic approach. She loves working as a Receptionist and would love to continue to expand her skills for various other office roles.
